1. Most of the users' privileges are using system default
2. I found that nearly every new post in all forums has to be moderated by (super) moderator/admin
3. I don't want to make all new posts have to be moderated, what should I do?
MyBB Version: 1.8.7(New Install)

forum admin panel >> users & groups >> groups >> registered >> Forums and Posts (tab) --> Moderation Options
are those options selected (checked in) ? if so remove the selection and save the settings

Thank you very much for your answer, maybe I misunderstand the meaning of moderation settings for user group.
Now the problem has been solved successfully.
