what vulnerabilities i aspecting by using 1.6 theme on mybb 1.8x? and how to upgrade theme from 1.6 to 1.8

None. Whether or not it works correctly because of e shift from prototype to jQuery, on the other hand...

any further infos? accept jquery

general theme upgrading guidance :

upgrading guidance Wrote:Visit your Admin Control Panel, then go to Templates & Style > Templates > Find Updated Templates.

You can either revert these templates to their default - meaning all the changes you've made to it will be removed

however, it would be better to install & use a theme fully compatible with MyBB 1.8.x
