i have been trying to delete some users posts as administrator but it not working, when i click edit and click delete post i shows me successful message that it has been deleted while the post will still be there, please help.

actually post is soft deleted by using delete button.
that is, it is visible to the moderators & administrators but not to the regular users.

inline post moderation / moderation tool should be used to delete the post permanently.
