forum permissions not working at all,

i try to hide 1forum, but still can be clickable by link
it was working before, but now somehow, not working at all
no change can be made through forum group permissions
what is your forum url ? what permissions you are trying to set for that fjb forum ? if it
is for guests posting, looks like you have mistaken allowed actions & disallowed actions

im willing to give you a fee, maybe not much but as a token of my gratitude
i try to hide "FJB" forums to all, except admin, so it can only be clicked through links on the top menu "Jual-Beli"
it was working before..
and i still test it on other test web, and still working
but in main web, everything that i change seems no effect
the forum still visible to guest, register, etc
so you want to hide forum from appearing on the forum index page
but it should open through top link / direct url.

already PM, userID admin, include full FTP to test pugins
