I have a problem, when I got on my domain example www.example.com/forums/install it show me the code and it is not showing,e what I'm suppose to see. The content of the upload file is located in var/www/html/forums. Please help

are you using a web host or vps ? which type of server you have ?

I have a vps

is it a managed vps ? which OS is used and which Server ? looks like php parser is not working.

I'm running Ubuntu 14.04. I'm not the best in Linux but I think you can help me.
