is there a Image Before Username plugin? or other way to upload a image an member before their username?

are you asking for an icon image (size 16px x 16px) for each user name ? or is it for indicating the user group ?

if your forum has 20000 members then do you want 20000 images for their user names ?
if it is for user groups then few images can be used !

Yes your right icon image before username sir .m.

if we make by group.. it will became simillar to each other..

i think its okey to have a many icon image before username..
