I changed some stuff in my global.css but nothing changes when i load the theme (for me anyway)

A member on my forum can see the updated change i did but me and another person can't

It's is updated if he can see the change but some of us can't see the change, does anyone know the problem?

UPDATE: When i sign out, the updated theme shows, but when i sign back into my account, it hasn't updated.

Whats the problem?

Try pressing CTRL + F5 and see if the changes take effect.

EDIT: Just read the updated information. Is it a new theme what you can't see or changes to a existing theme?

Changes to an existing theme, not a new theme.

Also i pressed CTRL + F5 and nothing happened.

You may need to press it a couple of times.

What is your board URL?
