i belive you were already asked to provide a live url to your forum
with a image only you will not get proper support and its impossible to identify what is causing that issue because it could be several things
pls provide a live url to your forum
ps:
if your site is the one you have on your postbit button, then i see no error in vienna or duende theme

theme pack consists of a folder with the theme's images.
that folder should be uploaded to images folder of MyBB files server.
