I need help because I want to change the position of statistics forum

Templates  > Your theme > index page templates  > index

Look for {$forumstats} and place it in Templates  > Your theme > index page templates  > index_boardstats below {$whosonline}

Then revert Templates  > Your theme > index page templates  > index_stats back to default.
