Yes i'm referring to the MyAlerts plugin and i want to change what mines currently looks like (top image) to the bottom image, where would i edit this?

You're going to need to change the lang file and the text so that it reads like you want it to, and then you're going to have to edit the template's CSS so that it looks like you want it.

The reason why there are different responses in alerts is :-
In first case, user used the reply option present in the post.
In second case user used the quote option in the post.

Please make a backup of theme before making the change.
There are two ways to solve it, first one is simple. Go to the Theme template > postbit >postbit_reply and delete the content of the template and save it. And in the postbit_quote template replace quote with reply.

Other one is to modify the language file and copy the content of quote to quick_reply langauge file.
