1- why there is no cod Like (image , color , font) in this editor to use ?


2- how i change this editor ? (i already tried this way and it did'nt work : go to acp->templates&styles->theme->select your theme and change the "editor style")

what is your forum url & which theme you are using ? provide a test user account so that someone can check it
