1 ... How can i add chat box with my forum.
2 ... How can i add new themes.
3 ... How can i resize my AVATAR.
Please solve my problems in simple way. Thanks.

1. Use any of these plugins DVZ Shoutbox, Miuna and Rin.
2. For themes visit http://docs.mybb.com/1.8/administration/themes/
3. Visit your ACP > Configuration > Profile Options and change the default avatar dimensions.
