Every time I try to log into my own forum. It shows me logged out.

I don't know what to do?

Try clearing your cookies
Then your cache
Then restart browser.

If what Vanz told you didn't help at all, please make sure you cookies are setup properly.

What does ACP stand for and where is it? 

I'm fairly new to this. 

acp --> admin control panel of your forum. see also faq: login issues

if direct help required, you may PM me temporary access to your forum admin panel & files (ftp) to check
you can give your own login credentials and change them later
