Is it the version 1.6.10 and 1.6.4 directly updated to the latest version 1.8?
Or the first updated to version 1.8.0 after updating to the latest version?

Does mybb vs 1.6.4 is compatible with php 5.4 ?

AFAIK, MyBB 1.6.4 is not fully compatible with php 5.4

Note: MyBB 1.6 series is no longer supported and no further security updates will be made available.
And older versions of MyBB have security risks. better to upgrade to latest available version asap.
