Full Version: Ckeditor is Persian for the Insert Smily Button

I installed ckEditor on my forum. Now when I try to insert a smiley as shown the button is in Persian. Does anyone here know where the text for that button is stored?

As referenced in the screenshot:

You are able to see the text. I'm not sure where to change the green button's text.
