If I rename my admin dir (and in config ofc) to a 64 bit algorithm (numeric with chars).  Is that secure? I also used an algorithm that implemented a # char and found it would not work because i.e. a href="1234#example" is an obvious contradiction to the code. Also is there a way to secure config.php, I noticed it needed to be set to 777 which is very insecure...

config.php file can be set to read only [CHMOD 444] or owner write only [CHMOD 644]

for the admin directory name, instead of # character you can use other characters (eg. ! @ $ .. etc)
