The 'Last Post' username seems to get overriden by the theme. How do I make the User Group colour override the themes set colour for last post?

You'd have to edit the portal.php page, if you're using that of course to show latest posts.

Portal.php is disabled. I'm talking about the latest post section in the forum categories.

basically it requires a plugin. eg. style user names
