I'd like to be able to keep a couple of members from not posting. What is the easiest way to go about doing that?

I have the latest forum installation.

Go to the members profile profile then: Moderator options > Edit this user in Mod CP

In the Mod CP find the Moderator Options panel then check "Suspend this user's posting privileges"
