When I log into the MyBB admin panel to change the template, if I click on anything I get logged out and unable to log back in unless I go back to the url admin log in again.

http://185.38.148.82/~soulesca/mybb/ I already put the files in my file manager inside cpanel but can't in Mybb admin panel.

basically you have to change board url & cookie settings. see this guidance
