Do you have this theme installed?
If so, you can go to the ACP/Templates & Style/
Each of your themes is listed there on the left, and on the right each has a little blue arrow and big red Options button.
Click the blue arrow for your default choice. That sets it as Default.
That won't force the theme, though. In order to make sure everyone starts with that theme, click the big red Options button. In the dropdown, click Force on Users. Then everyone will have that theme.

No. It's not a theme. It's the archive version for MyBB. I want the whole site to look like archives.
