On our forum attachements are only vissible as PDF/JPG, DOCX isn't vissible to the registered users. Only super moderators and above can see them.
Is there an group option to make the attachements vissible?
file extension specific options do not exist.
MyBB has general option whether specific user group can download attachments ..
admin panel >> users & groups >> groups >> [edit group] >> Forums and Posts (tab) >>
Viewing Options --> Can download attachments?
Group can download that's not the problem only .docx isn't visible.
Only on super moderator is docx file visible.
there is no such restriction. you may PM me temporary access to your forum admin panel to check it.
however I can check it after about 12 hours from now (around GMT 0530)

A bad plugin was the problem.
