When I browse private.php and I move cursor on Usernames in Sender/Sent to column, I can see username but it doesn't link anymore to user profile.

This happened even after reinstalling my copy of MyBB on the same website, but it's not happening in my addon domains.

Updated as reinstalling MyBB hasn't been sufficient to fix the issue.

What theme are you using? obviously the problem lies there.

I've already checked it.
Switching to Default MyBB theme links aren't still there, so it's not related to templates but to actual files.
