How do i get Admin CP to use my local time? I want it to use the server time. My server time is correct, when i use "date" i get the correct time. However, Admin CP is using UTC 00 i want UTC +10.

Specifically  for the user or the whole forum?
Configuration>Date and Time Format- for full forum.
Users & Groups> Options of User> Edit profile and Settings>Account Settings- for editing a users timezone
