Everyone has maybe seen the theme Duende2, if you watch that theme you see the amazing portal.

How can i make a portal on my website, cause i like this one, my url www.worldwidesoldiers.com

looks like it has modified templates for the portal. most probably you can copy those templates (with css style) to any theme.
