when i try to enter Plugin Manager i get the following error

I had this.
Go to your forum > Member list > Look at your profile > Get your member ID (in the link for example:
http://yoursite.com/member.php?action=profile&uid=1), it's the UID number -- remember it
Open FTP > Goto your forum dictiionary > inc > CONFIG.php > go to the bottom of the file and find "Super administrators". Find: "$config['super_admins'] = '#';'
Insert your number there, make sure it's your number, and only yours, if you accidentally enter someone else's number..
