I want a decent plugin to set-up profiles like that. Does anyone have any idea?
image is not clear for me. can you make it again and crop it to profile part only & post it
Looks to be configured for classic view, which you can set in admin under Configuration > Show thread options > Display posts using the classic layout. The rest you can maybe create or style by editing the postbit_classic template and CSS.
