Sending a Message via ICQ doesn't work, because the Sending Message form has a Catchpa Code.

To Fix this Problem, link the Sending Message form to http://www.icq.com/people/webmsg.php?to=...MailAdress .

This bug has been fixed in the latest code.

Please note the latest code is not live on the site or for download. An update will be released which contains this fix.
