You can search users by username already. There would be no point searching by website though...

I assume you mean adding the editor toolbar to the quick edit. This would make the quick edit slower and render it pointless.

You could always change the url to the page you wanted...but I guess this is a good suggestion.

This hasn't ever been confirmed. We've even said that we're planning for it in the future, but probably not 1.4...
