how do I know the member using themes
1. Default - 1 User - (Admin)
2. Default Custom - 3 User - (Admins, Supers Admin, Global Mod; ect)
3. Default Edit - 3 User - (Adminus, Super Adminus, Global Mods; ect)

in MyBB 1.8 is there a plugin? or can be manually checked via phpmyadmin?  

can be checked through database.
users table contains style field which gives id of the theme.

plugin coded for older version of MyBB => themepeek
(doesn't work without some changes - can't check it right now)
