Hi recent got an issue with the forum out of nowhere after a website restart where avatars are so small that they aren't appearing yet they are on the page?

Template for 'portal_announcement_avatar'

Image maybe too large for avatar?

Sorry for the late reply, been at work :/

I don't think the avatars are too large because it's doing this to all avatars yet on the regular part of the forum the avatars are displaying perfectly fine.

Quick screenie of the avatar settings, I didn't set this up, it looks like the max settings are quite large so size shouldn't be an issue?

in portal_announcement_avatar template of the theme
please replace {$useravatar['width_height']} with width="150" height="150" and check whether it works.
