Hey I recently bought a domain name + got free hosting through another site and they set up my site for me but didn't give me admin powers. I can access the FTP. Is there anyway to fix this through there?

please get admin power through proper channel ! that is, ask the person(s) who made the forum for you.

Follow the instruction from @.m. if you don't get Admin rights then ask your host. If you still not get admin powers post here the proof of ownership and we'll definitely provide support.
