I don't see the "Inline Thread Moderation" link at the bottom of the page even though I'm already logged into the admin area of myBB. What's wrong?

Maybe its the problem with your custom theme!

Did you try with stock (default) theme!

Thanks for the reply. I'm already using the default theme but I still don't see the "Inline Thread Moderation" link at the bottom of the page. Do I have to login as administrator in order to see this link? How to login as administrator?

If you're admin on your forum, you're already logged in as administrator.
