How i can make all the profiles into a facebook look, just like to edit your cover, avatar, put status on your page, users can comment, post music or video's on your page, im not sure where to find this?

Or is there someone already working on this, please let me known for it.

You'd have to edit and stylize the member_profile template yourself. Here's an example of what I did with mine: http://sharree.com/member.php?action=profile&uid=1

Utilizing custom profile fields will also help you achieve this.
