This is the settings of my ''Favicon Plugin'' 
what is needed to put there? a url of the picture or what?

well, there you have to enter the file name only (eg. favicon.ico) - which was already uploaded to the images folder

however, using a plugin is unnecessary for adding the favicon (see this manual method)

i don't know how to put a favicon in that manual method
sorry didn't know coding HTML and new to mybb forums

No coding just put Favicon.ico in the blank text

You'll need an icon, .ico is the file format required for your favicon. You can use a website like this or similar to convert png to ico and generator your favicon files.
