In forumdisplay_thread template, there is:

<span class="lastpost smalltext">{$lastpostdate}<br />

where is the class lastpost defined? I cannot find it in global.css

it is not defined in the default theme of MyBB.

Does it have a purpose?

^ some of the plugins might use it (eg. last poster avatar)
