I couldn't see an appropriate place to post this, so apologies if this is the wrong place.

Are there any examples of larger forums running myBB (where "larger" would be 20K+ active members, 250K+ posts and 250+ concurrent users). Not trying to start a custard pie fight about "my BB software is better than yours" etc. but most of the larger ones do seem to be running vB or phpBB.

Also, if you run a larger forum in the range of the above on myBB what sort of hardware would be required? Would a single box support 250+ concurrent active users?

Thanks!

A board with over 3 million posts will also be coming online soon - once the merge of several phpBB based forums is complete. Info on that is here: http://www.ncaabbs.com/skunkworks/conversion.html
Hi Chris,
