Me and my friend Butters1990 are trying to install a new forum on SpagTV.com. However, when we need to configure the database, we get this:

This is what we get Wrote:Could not connect to the database server at 'db.kikkerkont.nl' with the supplied username and password. Are you sure the hostname and user details are correct?
Could not select the database 'spagtv'. Are you sure it exists and the specified username and password have access to it?
Once the above are corrected, continue with the installation.

However - We are 100% sure that no server is down, and that the database exists. So we tried to make another database, and it still doesn't work. And still it does exist, 100% sure. Can someone please help us fixing this?

NOTE: We inserted the right info, for sure.

How can you be 100% sure, when obviously something was entered wrong? OR you're trying to install the software before the database has finished setup. Have you tried again since you posted this morning?
