Assume that I want to anonymize all the IPs of users browsing my forum, what's the best way of doing it?

The first thing I've been thinking of, was deleting regip and lastip columns in mybb_users, then do the same in every other table where there are stored IPs.
But this is an excessively drastic measoure.

Do you know about any smart plugin that can help?

That would result in database errors.
