The admin functions around forcing post moderation queue, blocking posting and temp banning is excellent in the standard functionality.

It would be great to have a bit more functionality regarding a permanent ban.

• The option to block the user IP when banning would be a useful feature
  
• Within the IP ban section an option to add a REASON for the IP ban
  
• Where possible link user ban to IP ban as IP last used by
  

I'd love to see a reason section added for the IP bans. Would make it really good so I could slide in a topic ID or something to help track why a certain IP was banned.
