Hello, 
Im very confuse Huh and feeling unsecure right now, one of my forum user with supermoderator group had been banned by guest . When i login into adminCp there was no user that been ban . The status of that user is like below image . Please i hope somebody can help me to figure out what  happened.

And first thing i need to know is how to unbanned him .. Angel

can you check that user account through a PC - I could not see that account as banned account !

Something is wrong, he is not inside the Banned usergroup. I guess you or someone else has set Super Moderator as a banned usergroup on AdminCP.

Did someone accidentally set "yes this is a banned group" in the group options in the AdminCP?
