I do not understand. I create a thread, and then I click submit and this occurs during the friendly redirect.

I'm using PHP7 and I'm not getting the same issues as you. Please can you confirm which version of newpoints you're using?

It is clearly an issue with newpoints plugin, contact the dev of this plugin as he will know about it.
mybb-plugins is his site as far as i remember.

I've gotten this fixed by simply installing 2.0 instead of 2.1 version.
