how do i move the

Copyright © 2002-2007 MyBB Group stuff at the bottom of the index.php file?.. i cant seem to find it anywere lol want to move it to the top

It's in the footer, but I don't know if you CAN move it!

In the footer template find this.

{$lang->powered_by} <a href="http://www.mybboard.com" target="_blank">MyBB</a> {$mybbversion}
				{$lang->copyright} &copy; 2002-{$copy_year} <strong><a href="http://www.mybboard.com" target="_blank">MyBB Group</a></strong>

and then put it somewhere in the header template, that's the simplest way anyway, less you wanna put it in an absolutly positioned div box =P

You can do what Lath said, but do not remove the copyright.
