I've accidentally deleted my cache folder in my server. Is there a way of restoring it as it has made my forum looking different?

looks like cache folder exists. if so make a subfolder named themes and make it writable (CHMOD 777)
then visit your theme's global.css stylesheet through admin panel and save it without any changes.
