looks like MyBB's default javascript files are missing !

run file verification tool from below location. what does it report ?
admin panel >> tools & maintenance >> file verification
ignore reported images & ignore files reported from install folder & its sub-folders

Everything was missing when I checked. How do I fix that?

can you download fresh pack of MyBB, extract it in your computer & upload the missing files ..
