Delete from plugins' folder everything except hello.php and index.html (save those files to another folder) and check did something appear.

can you post list of plugin files you have ..
which version of MyBB you are using & what is php version
instead of removing the plugin files, you can move them to a different sub-folder in inc folder
and move back to the plugins folder one by one & simultaneously refresh plugins page to check
