even host gator data base doesnt work

First of all what are you trying to do? And secondly you should contact your host and inform them of the second error below.

What database the one in PhpAdmin?

If you cannot connect the the database try logging in with the cpanel link instead of the quick link on your client area make sure you're using the correct info.
