I have installed all the files into public_html but when i go to the website to do the wizard it says 


This site can’t be reached
donutpatrolgmod.ga’s server DNS address could not be found.


ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED

On my domain site it says domain is active and on webhoster (000webhost) it says it is active.

Please check if these are the nameservers that you are using: http://www.intodns.com/donutpatrolgmod.ga

If not, then you will need to change them at your registrar's level. We can not change them for you, we only help with the forum software; this is a hosting issue.

Also; there's a known disconnect between status of a domain in 000WebHost's panel (or any panel for that matter) and a domain being active.

Yes, the domain may be active as in it's in your control, but you'll need to set up an A record to point it to your server.

If you're using 000webhost would you not point the FTP to a shared IP and not the domain? :-)
