Is there is any plugin , We add bitcoin address to it and it have donation page ?

Do you want to keep track of user donations? If so I'd suggest using an IPN system such as coinpayments for it.

I would not mine if i can track user with donation , on btc
but if i can get simple donation btc ( to my address ) with image or page anything , that redirect to my blockchain address is considerable

still i need help on this

create button with the url of site.
