Hello, 

http://www.phoenixsupras.net 

When clicking Register and checking the I Agree box. 
It comes up with this error:

How do I fix this one please!?

I'm sorry but mybb will not give support to 1.6 forums I suggest you upgrade.

There seems to be error in your /inc folder something is missing.

revert member_register template (see reverting templates guidance)

however it would be better to use a theme compatible with MyBB 1.8.x
