i get problem with php mail in my forum
php mail didn't send Activation mail or lost password 
but hosting say that they didn't find any problem

how to solve this problem

can you run test mail (see faq: mail) & check the result

Can you also go to the admin console-->Tools & Maintenance -->System Mail Log?

Is there anything there?
